Norwest Venture Partners is a Palo Alto-based venture capital firm. They put out an annual internal survey of the companies they fund to see how their investments stack up against the market averages.

I created a collection of illustrations that matched their vision, and a suite of characters and icons that could be used across the internal material related to this survey.
